… What a strange project. But, I suppose if it helps foster a sense of camaraderie between us, it’s for the better. For the unfamiliar who may stumble upon this:
Yes, as the header implies, I’m Zexion Illuser. I’ve worked in several organizations in the past, and as such, I am a firm believer in the importance of teamwork. A team united in both beliefs and actions will be much more efficient than one divided by petty disagreements. Put simply: let’s all try to get along. I don’t bite. Much. I do concede to being a bit of a perfectionist. I’m all for teamwork, yes, but I have little patience for incompetence. Don’t get in my way. Don’t get in any one else’s way. If there is a problem, take it up with someone, preferably in private, where there’s less chance of embarrassing yourself and the rest of us.
Not to worry. I’m rather lenient with my measurement of ‘incompetence’… but, if there’s one thing I will not stand for, it’s laziness. You are here for a reason. Pull your own weight. Do a little extra for the favor. Don’t you dare slump around like a waste of space; do it enough and I won’t hesitate to get rid of you. Not sure what you’re supposed to do? Ask someone. My job is to supply information (generally), so feel free to ask me.
Now, all that said, leave your comments as you wish, and perhaps we could have a discussion. Good for the morale, and all that.
